Jake and Nails Do America
Jason is making the move from Atlanta to Los Angeles this week. Traveling along with him is his friend Jeff "Crazy Nails" Goldberg, two dogs, a cat, and a huge Uhaul trailer. Follow Jake and Nails as they do America with daily updates of their trip!
While they make their way across America, they'll be filming their journey for the next episode of coLTV, so stay tuned for that!

Monday, May 19th @ 2:20 PM: Now it's 116 degrees outside... Feels like driving in hell.
Monday, May 19th @ 1:42 PM: Stopped for gas. $4.12 a gallon.. 113 degrees is way too hot.

Sunday, May 18th @ 6:30 PM: In Phoenix and got a hotel.. Exhausted.
Sunday, May 18th @ 6:10 PM: Almost to Phoenix. 103 degrees... So hot.. 110 tomorrow!
Sunday, May 18th @ 4:00 PM: Stopped at rest stop; hotter than hell, but the desert is beautiful.

Sunday, May 18th @ 11:00 AM: Woke up and the car is completely boxed in by idiot parkers. Trying to decide whether we should ram them or just chill at the pool and wait.
Sunday, May 18th @ 12:04 AM: Nails is still pissed that we wasted an hour at this place and says everyone tries to dress like Smokey and the Bandit circa 1978. It's worse than "McLovin" getting tossed around in Superbad. We're outta here.

Saturday, May 17th @ 11:30 PM: We entered the casino and Nails gets this glazed over look in his eyes. Lucky for me this place is horrible; it's like a bad Tijuana donkey bar. Hope he doesn't lose over $5,000. (Crazy is rich and he's reverting back to his days of "big chief running mouth")
Saturday, May 17th @ 11:01 PM: Crazy Nails asks Jake "Do you want to run with the big dogs or piss with the pups?" Then he drags Jake to the casino.
Saturday, May 17th @ 10:50 PM: The guys hit the hotel bar while the pets sleep in the suite.
Saturday, May 17th @ 10:15 PM: Arrived at the Hotel suite. It's fantastic with a living room, kitchen and giant bathroom. I'll be preparing music for the movie later tonight. We might hit up the casino too but I don't feel like losing thousands so we'll see.

Saturday, May 17th @ 8:35 PM: Almost out of gas and there is NOTHING out here. We'll be sleeping in the desert if we don't find something soon.

Saturday, May 17th @ 7:30 PM: Jake and Nails stop at Walmart to buy a car power plug so he can edit their movie on a laptop in the car.
Saturday, May 17th @ 7:00 PM: Jake booked a suite in El Paso. One nice, giant room with stairs to an upper bedroom. Apparently there's a huge party there tonight so they'll hit that and maybe a casino!
Saturday, May 17th @ 7:00 PM: Speed limit is 80.. so we're doing 90! Uhaul trailer is fishtailing like crazy.. LOL!

Saturday, May 17th @ 5:30 PM: Jake is outside Odessa, Texas, and stopped to eat at Sonics. Best burger and shake in history. Crazy Nails is driving now. 280 miles to El Paso!
